There are many great software products that do not get used. Why?
We think it has to do with lackluster, incomplete onboarding. These companies do a great job selling the customer. But once they get inside they are on their own.

AskMyAdvisor® has a different approach. We are driven by this. The second an advisor here's AskMyAdvisor®, they on in onboard mode. Onboard mode never stops, no matter the advisors work with us.

We have a software that is a complete aOS, advisor Operating System. As an aOS, it is essential as an advisor having a phone and email address. Two requirements we supersede with the AdvisorOneLink™. Because of this, it is important that advisors are onboarded at the highest level.

What about solo, SMB, Enterprise customers?
Often times, companies chase these larger customrs providing custom presentations, pricing, bending over backwards to win the deal. That can work for others. This is not how we operate. We have a simple software that works like a sales team army 24/7/365. 
Similar to how companies like Uber and Netflix took what people were already doing and just super simplified the process. This is all we have done. So there is nothing to learn. If anything there is only unlearning to do.
With that premise, we have one onboarding and one pricing for everyone. We do not do custom pricing.

Won't you lose SMB, Enterprise customers doing this? Maybe. But, we are not a commodity. We created the category. We are fixing the problem no one saw. If a customer wants us to jump thru hoops, we are not a good fit. Also, it just means their competitor who does not will be the one getting  the aOS to themselves and will crush them in doing so. We don't care. We have the fix. For the right advisors, they get it. For the ones who do not fit. They don't get it..
